my pharmacy isn't good at getting prescriptions filled on time, and after my month's supply of Lexapro runs out I can't get any for anywhere from 2 days to 2 weeks. I'm getting bad withdrawal symptoms like dizziness and nausea, my doctor won't do anything about it and I cant change change my pharmacy due to lack of transportation

Call your insurance company! Some are offering direct prescription delivery now. Others can help you find this service. Some plans also have free case managers to help you with this kind of stuff. Source: I work for an insurance company that does all of this

try looking online for mutual aid groups in your area. some offer free medicine delivery which could allow you to switch to a further away pharmacy.

Can you use something like Pillpack or CVS prescription delivery? It would deliver the prescriptions directly to you and both of them work with your insurance. If not consider asking your dr for a 90 day count so you can avoid waiting
