I find a quiet place to be alone.

By far my biggest struggle. Waking up in the middle of the night, hearing voices like they’re trying to come into my apartment is supremely scary. I’m tired of being tired. Peace

I write things down as much as possible and/or watch something that makes me laugh. You wanna have an outlet to express the dreams and flashbacks but also something that can deter you from it once you've gotten it off your chest. That's just me anyway, but it wouldn't hurt.

I always keep a small stuffed animal on me I know it sounds crazy but give me a chance I make them smell like something claiming or like my comfort person so when I know I have one coming on I take out my suffie and smell it / hug it makes it feel like a safe space for me

Deep breathing, guided meditation. Cuddling my kitties. Watching TV. Doing anything that will distract me and take my mind off of the distress.
