Other than medication, how do you all help your conditions?

I go to therapy and do art and fish keeping. I put art up around my house that says inspiring things and it really seems to help

🙏I do so many things. Exercise!!! The gym and skiing. Learning new skills. Taking lessons for my new skills…. Knitting and steel tongue drums, journaling, coloring in adult coloring books, reading God’s word. Keeping busy and positive.

Meditating on God's Word and having a positive attitude. ❤️

Drawing, I used to do art therapy a lot and found it really helped. Of course, drawing was already a hobby for me beforehand, I just turned it into a coping skill to help get my mind off things

Tried lowering my screen time and working on a motivational journal, CBD also helped!

Go to the gym, get out of my room. Socialize, have plenty of water, do things I enjoy (watch anime, play video games, draw, read webtoon)

I’ve started with witchcraft and honestly, it’s basically just spicy psychology lol. It helps me to take a look at everything and give me ways of coping that mean a lot to me

Meditating helps me a bunch! It gets easier the more you practice and you can teach your brain to go into a meditative state which sounds amazing for my persistent thiughts

Try CBT journaling. They have free prompts and sheets online. Going to the gym has helped me the most

Going for walks everyday, meditation, and journaling helps me tons! Also, getting enough sleep, but I struggle with that.

Write in a journal everyday about how you feel. Keep a mood tracker. Say a few affirmations every morning

Music. Meditation. Playing games. But doing that is temporary.
