I get this feeling like my body is being electrocuted. it's like a shock wave going through my whole body at once. it's not painful, but it makes me feel very unstable and i cannot stay standing. i think it is a symptom of my POTS, does anyone know what this is called or has anyone experienced it themselves?

One of the replies mentioned experiencing neuropathic pain, which can feel like electrical shocks running down the legs and arms. This could be related to your sensation of being electrocuted. However, it's essential to consult a medical professional for an accurate diagnosis and personalized advice.
