I got my diagnosis this past year and it's been a big learning curve about my brain and behavior. Realizing I have this actual disorder has given me a lot to realize about myself. When you get diagnosed I encourage you to be patient as you continue to piece everything together. And keep an open mind as you keep learning about it and learning about what works for you to manage your ADHD.
