I had chickenpox when I was just 6 months old. My brother accidentally brought it home to me from school one day. Fast forward till I was 21 and then I got shingles around my front torso to my spine. After that the pain never fully went away from where those boils were.
I had chickenpox for the first time when I was 19. The disease wasn’t too bad, but after I recovered I started to suffer from a pain in my face and neck. What was your age when you were diagnosed?

@Mono2022 OMG! Same, but I was 14, got chickenpox, got facial paralysis, and then after recovery I got the pain. I recovered fully until fast forward 10 years later the pain started resurfacing, but it’s super mild. It’s tolerable.
