Hello friends, I want to start off by apologizing to anyone who's message I haven't replied to. I'm sorry. I will try my best to be more consistent in the future. The reason I've decided to use the app again is that my grandmother passed away this morning and my next therapy appointment isn't until this Thursday. By the way, I have depression, OCD, and anxiety (among other things). I'm not sure how to feel. My grandmother and I did not have a good relationship and, for that, I've begun to feel guilty. I feel down but haven't cried yet. I feel numb. Is that normal? Some condolence flowers arrived this morning which made the whole thing feel more real. It's the first family death I've ever really experienced. I didn't get to see her or say goodbye. I'm not sure how I feel about that either. Does anyone have any advice in general?
