Need First Birthday Ideas for Daughter with Health Complications

I need first birthday ideas!!! My daughter likes baby Einstein, unicorns, and animals, she does have a health complications that we are trying to work out and she is not walking yet; so she can't do anything major. But I'm not sure what to do or who to even invite. and while I'm sitting here and thinking about it, and what some people have told me; that the first birthday is really for the parent. and it's true, but it's for the parent to see who actually supports the parent and child. and I'm really depressed because I know no one will show up. and with me just getting out of a extremely bad relationship, I need to see support from my family and friends.
