Hi. I have Fibromyalgia and Knee issues now as well. My knees seem to get worse progressively. I just turned 50. I've had Cortisone injections and Toradol injections for overall pain. PT at one point. Pain cream. Now they want to do injections in my tendon next. Any suggestions on what else can help?
