So a little backstory before I ask my question. I recently had some labs done and they showed that I have a folic acid deficiency. They also show that my iron is low but my red, white and platelets are elevated. I'm scheduled to see a hematologist next month. I'm kinda scared about having more labs done. Can someone please just reassure me that things are going to be okay? Did anyone have fears about the same thing?
