I hope you're able to get to a pulmonologist to get an inhaler specifically for COPD. such as Trelegy Elliptica

I'm currently using a rescue inhaler only. I've been smoking for 44 years and I worked in the asbestos removal field so my COPD issues get bad at times. I do have a nebulizer and the medication for it....looks like I'll begin with breathing treatments again soon.
