urgent i need papers on did/osdd that prove against alot of misconceptions. my therapist thinks you cant know about alters before being told you're a system by other people and she thinks high alters counts aren't possible please help

      I have been diagnosed for 5-ish years! I knew about my alter before diagnosis, it's what lead to the testings. Your doctor seems a bit rude, or maybe it's just different here!
