Does anyone else get small tingles or pins and needles randomly in your arms, legs or face. Sometimes even what just feels like one singular pin or tingle?? I have been getting it lately and it has been driving me crazy!

I love how I read this and instantly noticed my hands tingling 😂 yes this is something anxiety can cause. I have nerve damage as well so I get extra issues from that side. Haha try to distract yourself when it happens though - I know that’s all I really can do in those moments or i just sit there and accept that’s the sensation my body is feeling right now and wait for it to pass.

Omg yes! I used to get them all the time when my health anxiety was super bad. I recommend listening to Dr kirren on Instagram she explans why we get them soo well
