Struggling with POTS symptoms: Seeking advice

What works best for your POTS symptoms? I've tried seven medications and none of them have worked, except Lexapro, which helps a bit.

I'm also going to start doing calf/foot exercises to try to help stop my blood from pooling

I've been in the Dominican republic for a month and my sister has been giving me weekly IVs. It has definitely helped. You have to keep doing them for a while tho, I think. I'm going to try to continue back in the states. Also, fludrocortisone was the drug that made the biggest difference for me. I do have to say that I'm still super impaired, but it's better than where I was. Have you tried fludrocortisone?
