I need help, I just broke up w my girlfriend and even tho I know it was the right decision, the pain that I fell after doing that, makes me miss her a lot and now I’m questioning myself if that was the thing to do. We had a long distance relationship but I couldn’t handle it bc I’m too anxious

      Coming from a person who got dumped recently by someone I still love, if the issues were enough to end it, it was worth it. You both are free now and can take time to be single and there are truly a lot of great people that will be out there when you are ready to have a relationship again. It might take some pain and coping right now, but try and focus on looking forward now that you are free

        @Alliyay thank you. I do think those issues were enough but I also feel, as I’m an anxious person, what if they weren’t, what if I could keep fighting for this a little bit longer. When we talked, I felt my heart was breaking seeing her cry and telling me, there’s still hope, but I honestly think that yes, maybe there was a tinny hope but I was feeling miserable these days, not bc of her, bc I didn’t know how to handle a long distance relationship with all the issues I have in my mind

      Also yeah like even if she didn’t get to make the choice herself, you are doing her a favor and she can move forward too

      After being dumped by my person, it was a lot of pain and I still think abt it a month and a half after, but it bugs me less and less as I move on

      Relationships take time and practice if she's a supportive person and loves you very deeply don't let her go. people like that are very hard to come by. Me and my boyfriend have been together for almost 3 years now we started out as a long distance relationship mainly because he was in the AirForce it was hard but we got through it I have anxiety and bipolar and much more but I've never met a man like him he's always been there for me. I guess what I'm trying to say is it's okay to have a long distance relationship but it's also hard but if she's worth it keep her. End the end it's your choice only you know what's best for you.
