Feeling Overwhelmed After Breaking a Plate at Work

I take zonisamide for my jerks. I had a lot of them, my legs twitched, my arms, I breathed weird would gasp in conversation. I was diagnosed with juvenile myoclonic epilepsy, I just thought they were muscle spasms from like growing up lol. Maybe ask your doctor about the possibility if you also have myoclonic epilepsy?
