I have a cup of coffee every morning, but I also drink a lot of water and take a multivitamin daily.

On a daily basis I remember about the right magnesium intake (in my case magnesium supplements help me to achieve this) and other vitamins. When I really need to get awake I drink black tea or matcha (they contain thiamine, although I heard people say the black tea has caffeine so maybe I’m wrong). Regular workout (for example running) also impacts my energy levels in a positive way

Black contains the highest amount of caffeine, ranging between 64 and 112 milligrams (mg) per 8-fluid ounce (fl oz) serving

Have you ever tried beet powder or cordyceps? Both are excellent alternatives for energy.

I like to have a nap whenever I can or I'll just lie down on mine and my fiancé's bed and play games on my phone.

I use music and meditation. Exercise and water help a lot. If I am not in the mood for water, mint tea works, too
