I’ve recently gotten into reading as a way to relax and “ignore” my chronic pain, are there any good books that have a main character with disabilities? I’ve heard of “Get A Life Chloe Brown” and ordered that tonight, are there any others? Possibly less-known?

@strawberrydog it’s a really fun watch since they show rare conditions and treatments. I remember one episode where this guys had chronic pain everywhere. It’s a really sad episode but I don’t remember what he had

If you want a show House is good if you like medical things. He’s a complete ass but it’s an enjoyable show. House has chronic leg pain and is addicted to vicodine and has a cane

I highly recommend John Green books. His latest is "Turtles all the way down" and it has characters with ocd and anxiety. "The Fault in Our Stars" has sick/disabled characters.
