Does anyone have any suggestions for books on late autism diagnosis in adults? I was diagnosed with bipolar disorder when I was 14 flash forward 22 years and now I know I am actually autistic with severe anxiety and ADHD. Needless to say mind blown 🤯 I crave facts and research. I NEED BOOKS šŸ“š

Hi! Just diagnosed at 40, here and I am still hyperfocusing on AutismšŸ˜‰ So far, my favorite book is Unmasking Autism by Devon Price. Not specific to people like us, diagnosed later, but it is in there. Untamed is a really great book by Glennon Doyle as well and I am currently working through Drama Queen by Sara Gibbs and The Autism and Neurodiversity Self-Advocacy Handbook by Barb Cook and Yenn Purkis, which are both also very good and helpful so far. I guess it's worth mentioning that I have Neurotribes by Steve Silberman laying in wait as well. I am very curious about this one.
