Hi! Just diagnosed at 40, here and I am still hyperfocusing on AutismšŸ˜‰ So far, my favorite book is Unmasking Autism by Devon Price. Not specific to people like us, diagnosed later, but it is in there. Untamed is a really great book by Glennon Doyle as well and I am currently working through Drama Queen by Sara Gibbs and The Autism and Neurodiversity Self-Advocacy Handbook by Barb Cook and Yenn Purkis, which are both also very good and helpful so far. I guess it's worth mentioning that I have Neurotribes by Steve Silberman laying in wait as well. I am very curious about this one.
