Hi Jazzyy, it does suck, I have chronic depression anxiety and PTSD and I struggle every day. I recently started seeing old therapist she is amazing. I hope that you also see a therapist. I never thought it was really important but just talking about your feelings and what you hate and love and fear it is so important to get out of your brain, the thoughts that haunt you every day. i’m 55 and in the last few years I really started to get help for myself. It lets me know that it’s not my fault the things that’s happened. Life is challenging alone, and we have to suffer with these problems. I always feel down on myself because I have so many issues. but seeing a therapist helps me on twist all the wanting memories I have and helps me realize it wasn’t my fault. I hope that you seek out therapy I know it’s cliché but it really hurts and I’m glad that you can reach out on this site. Im here any time to chat take care of yourself
