I've been diagnosed with Bipolar disorder for 25 years. Wow, i just realized that. 25 years, long time. I've tried to do my best for myself and my daughter, but I still had to go to the hospital multiple times. I tried to work and even have what you might call a career, but I had to keep quiting for medical reasons and going on medical leave or even public assistance. I try to be responsible with money, but it's a trigger for me and my awful credit score proves it. I feel other people's feelings and am good at reading people, but I doubt myself on a regular basis and have let anxiety rule me at times. I've also been I a relationship for 22 years. I've started a business and sell my art. I've been what i would call the most stable I've ever been for over 2 years now. I've been through alot, put my loved ones through alot, and made it out the other side understanding alot more about myself. If you'd like to talk about your diagnosis or anything, let me know. I wish you well on your journey.😁

Having Bipolar one results in MANIAAA but my Doctor said that doesn’t have to be a bad thing I cope by random hair dyes shaving my head shit like that but my doctor said it wasn’t harmful so as long as you can cope in a way that isnt out right harmful and you can be aware of your psychosis or being caught in your narrative when the depression got you chained to the house or when your mania wants you to blow all your money and whoever cause it can fuck with your sexual libido too

@Coke yeah, i've had "episodes" where i slept around a lot, but didn't realize it could have been mania

I recently got diagnosed with Bi-polar and I've known I had it for a while because I can tell with how my highs and lows and my mood switches it just made sense to me, I felt relief when I finally got diagnosed because my family didn't really listen when I told them I thought I had Bi-polar.

I also have bipolar 1 too, what kind of experiences are you looking for? I got lots of stories. Haha. Had mental health problems for all of my life. Had many diagnoses thru the years but got my bipolar diagnosis in 2015. But idk if you're looking to hear about something specific. I would say I'm in a place where I am working hard to thrive. So my stories pretty much have good outcomes..mostly!
