Is there any kind of therapy you can do to for SPD?

I did 12 weeks (as an adult) of occupational therapy. It helped me find what needs I had and ways to meet those needs. It was hard to find a place that offered OT for sensory processing for adults, and where I ended up didn't necessarily "offer" it as I was the first adult there for SPD.
