Having trouble sleeping, feel paranoid about any surroundings or clicks at night and they keep me awake. The more sleep deprived I am the more paranoid I get. Any solutions?

      I like to use other things to distract my senses like a loud fan, music. It's honestly different for everyone but i sometimes look at a YouTube video to eventually has my mind distracted until I fall asleep in front of it.
