I have a question is there anyone that stress out and don't eat at all and is there anyone that under weight when they stress out I'm like 92 pounds that's just how much weight I lost

    Yes to both. I just forget to eat when I'm really anxious, and I weigh way less than the norm for my age/gender, which stresses me a lot

    Schedule is key also try to separate cooking from eating. I use how to adhd YouTube channel to help find easy snacks etc. Set a reminder to eat. I usually go with an affirmation to help me. My body is amazing fueling my mind, body and soul. Also having someone to share food with helps me. I prep a kids plate for myself and eat with my toddlers or make lunch plans or snack plans. I would also encourage looking at what feels good to eat. I love oatmeal with toast and almond butter. Basic foods that don’t hurt
