I'm not really sure. I've struggled with my weight most of my life. A few months ago I was almost 200 pounds and now I'm down to 140. But I lost weight the wrong and unhealthy way. Drug addiction. I wouldn't advise that for anyone.
CICO. Calories in calories out. If you eat less than you burn you will most likely lose weight (unless you have so metabolic issues like diabetes or side effects of meds). Exercise won't make you lose weight. Pills can fuck you up. Just eat less. I know it's not easy...
