PTSD absolutely sucks. Flashbacks of a car accident about a year and a half ago just got triggered because it's still effecting my insurance rates. I just went on a rant about how it wasn't even my fault because truthfully it wasn't.

😔 It’s horrible when that happens. I was in an accident and it wasn’t at all my fault, but insurance said it was 30% mine. Hope it will get better for you.

  @Kasi I live in a no fault state so only one driver should be considered at fault, the other driver shouldn't have an issue. This particular instance the cop ticketed both of us saying we were both at fault, then I was forced to use an incompetent lawyer instead of defending myself when I fought the ticket. Incompetent lawyer got the points removed, increased the price of the ticket by like 80 bucks, and it still shows an at fault accident on my record.
