Some people lack emotional intelligence and fail to see or be able to give you help. My mother was very much this way and even though I was clearly struggling she never stepped in to help because she simply didn't know how and ignored it. You may also just have a very high level of emotional intelligence yourself so you tend to be the fix-it friend in your group, which can be fairly common for people with a higher emotional intelligence. The main issue with being the fix-it friend though as that many times people fail to see you also need help. You could try asking directly from your friends, but I would more strongly encourage you to find a therapist who will be able to help you much more than friends can. Especially a trauma therapist or one that specializes in DID. Being able to talk to somebody who is legitimately trained to help can be fantastic for recovery.
