Hi guys just wondered if anyone else here never got full answers to why you got Ill in the first place? Anyone else also have to take matters into their own hands? Researching, home blood tests, private practitioners, online health forums etc.

I got ill after I had covid a year ago, so I know exactly what caused it for me. But I have had to do a lot of the leg work to diagnose it. I still don't have an official diagnosis, but all of my blood tests have come back negative and my symptoms fit the diagnostic criteria for ME, so I expect I'll get an official diagnosis this year
