I had ablation done for my A-fib Mar 28. Saw my heart Dr for 1 month check. Everything is looking good. I've got to drop 2 medication that I was taking. I'll be seeing my heart Dr in 2 more months for a 3 month check up. I've had A-fib for 8 years. this was my first ablation. When I was first diagnosed with it, to get my heart back to normal beat they shocked me. I'm very happy with the way my heart ❤️ is going

the Dr goes through the artery in your crouch to your heart The Dr will either use a laser o like for me they froze, small was portions of the heart. It's not as bad as it sounds. The portion they either zap or freeze is very small. My Dr wanted me to take it easy for a couple of days. Then I was back to almost normal

I'm happy to hear that you're doing great, but my question is how is the procedure none?

Did you have some afib right afterwards
@rambler747 as of now my A-fib is controlled. However I know in the future I will have to get another ablation. My oldest brother has had about 4 ablations so far. He's 14 years older than I am
