New to the Community: Living with Fibromyalgia and Other Medical Conditions

yes they all say to get stress out of our lives. For me that is completely impossible. I'm lucky to have a great family Dr who's been with us about 14 years and my pain management and rheumatologist are wonderful as well and are very understanding. They know it isn't for all my stress to go away and are very sympathetic. Unfortunately it's most likely part of what caused my fibro to start in the first place. I also have osteoarthritis in my hands. Prayers to you too.

😥 it can be a lot for sure....my podiatrist said my nerves is not sending signals the way it should and that was causing my pain. I was not expecting that she said I had to get the stress out of my life. I hurt all over and I knew that was partly fibromyalgia and other half psoriatic arthritis. It can put you down for day's. Prayers for all who have it
