Coping with Resurfacing Repressed Memories

I have this, it’s been a few years since it all stopped and the flashbacks are coming back like no other. So thankfully I know that I have someone to talk to about it, that won’t judge.

I would talk with someone you trust. It's not going to be easy, if it showing up in your dreams repeatedly then it's something you remember happening. At least from my experience and understanding.
