soim a SAHM & I have anxiety. I read & heard somewhere that if you have anxiety more then likely you have depression.... well after thinking about it & searching some of the things that been going on with me yea I believe that's true. I been trying to get back with my therapist but having no luck šŸ˜­. I need help with getting motivated to do things, & more motivation to exercise!!!! me and my 2 boys also don't have a daily routine or scedual. As a SAHM & them not being school aged it worked but now my oldest will be starting school BC he's 4 so I need help with a scedual!!!! I'm sorry I really don't know where to start & not having any motivation to do anything is kinda really hard. anyways I'm sure there's some I left out for now but I look forward to meeting all you awesome people!!!!!!

      It can be really hard, Iā€™m not a mom so I can only imagine. Maybe try making a schedule you want to stick to and set alarms on your phone to prompt you for those things daily Itā€™s really hard, Iā€™m still working on it and some days I still donā€™t tick all the boxes, but trying is better than not. I feel better when I try, and little by little every day I can do a little better.
