I feel like I've been living life in a loop. Every day is dreary and the same and I can't even call my house a home anymore. My routine is always the same. I wake up, eat, go to Taekwondo, eat again, and sleep. I want to explore the world and see new things because I just feel so trapped. I know I probably need a change of scenery, but as a minor I can't travel alone and I don't want to move because I'm already settled into my school district, neighborhood etc. I refuse to leave my room in the mornings until after my dad has left for work and even then I find myself checking at the 5 times despite knowing that he's left. what do I do?

I’d you’re old enough to get a job, I’d recommend getting one. Don’t over work yourself, just start out 3-4 days a week or so. Having a job for me always helps, you make friends, get out of the house, and feel productive:)

Or try to pick up a new hobby like painting, writing, reading, really anything, just try to be creative at least once a day and make it a point to go outside. The sun really helps more than you think. Being creative and being outside always make me feel for fulfilled
