Dealing with Pre-Diabetes: My Experience

You don't feel it. It creeps up on you. My 23 year old co-worker died last week. He wasn't taking his diabetic meds like he was supposed to. He laid down to sleep and never woke up. His wife of less than a year found him unresponsive. Eat healthy, exercise and listen to a good doctor.
