does anyone else's hygiene especially their dental hygiene just take a dip when they're unwell or their mental health is really bad? because I have found that mine does and I want to know if that's normal or not.?

@YoursTrulyNavy I second using Finch! It's been a big reason why I've been able to keep up on any sort of basic hygiene routines. Plus my lil Pablo is so cute 🥺 I do it for them 🤣

It's one of the things no one talks about when it comes to mental health issues. It is quite common 👥️

Completely normal 🫂

Very, very normal in my (and others I know) experiences. It's very hard to do something such as brush my teeth when I'm really just doing the least to make it day to day; I don't know how often I ever brushed my teeth while I was in uni, and have only been getting a tiny bit better about it in the last year since I've graduated. It's definitely normal when you're struggling to do something as trivial as brushing your teeth, imo.
i have noy taken care of my teeth as much as i should in prob half the entire year haha it is normal
Oh absolutely. I’ve struggled with basic hygiene things for YEARS, and being sick or depressed just makes it even worse. But I’ve been much better at it since using Finch. Gotta help my bird grow 🥺
