      Well with Anxiety you will need to be as calm as your physically able to be ...what i find helps with Anxiety that is a pill is Lavender, so get a candle or a spray to help calm nerves and just relax....if you have any free time but Lavender Epson Salt and just have a relaxing bath with Music going
