Hi I'm new here! I think I'll provide some info about myself and why I'm here. I'm a 34 year old dad of two that has had some bouts with depression and anxiety in the past. About a month ago, I woke up having a panic attack and have just been in a real dark funk since. My main reason I'm here is I wanna know if this is normal? Can depression just come on this hard and this suddenly for no other reason? Am I gonna be this way forever? Is this too much for a first post?

Hi, I'm 33 and a dad of 2. My depression makes me numb, it's been that way for about 2 years now, I hope it doesn't last forever. I'm in talk therapy and on some meds. So far, since starting the talk therapy and the addition of a second med, it hasn't gotten worse. Hasn't gotten better but at least it hasn't gotten worse.
Hello, I'm a single 35 year old man and too suffer from anxiety and depression. It can be normal from the beginning and I take Rx medicine for it. My doctor recommended 30mg of CBD as an add on. Talk to your doctor about CBD. It helps with attacks and calms nerves.
