Does anyone else have a serious difficulty answering the phone? It gives me such insane anxiety that I'll just let it ring and miss work opportunities and appointments and I'll feel terrible afterwards but just cannot get myself to answer. Any advice would be amazing thank u ❤️

I'm exactly the same, even if it's someone I know I just can't ever bring myself to answer it! I don't have any advice hoping maybe others too but just wanted you to feel not alone with this! ❤️

  @endowarrior88 thank you! It's super frustrating and I've tried forcing myself to do more than one to try and get over it but it's just so much anxiety that I end up exhausted for the rest of the day x
