I cry too much for my own good. Lol. And I mostly cry because I get so mad at being anxious and depressed feeling. It sucks!!
I cried a lot in the first few years I was sick but then one day I just decided I had to stop I still had a small daughter and a husband and still worked then and I just had to make myself get out of bed no matter what now I don’t think I could do it anymore I’m by myself now

You need to surround yourself with positive people, or do something that you feel is positive. I’m learning this now
You don't. You surround yourself with positive people who want to see you smile.
a good cry. i tend to like to be cold because “it helps me feel” for some reason. i listen to songs that’ll trigger my sadness and just cry and let it all out. writing those negative things can be helpful too, but sometimes even that becomes too much
I'm sick of being in pain all the time no matter what i do. I can't be pain free
Or I just cry and let it all out
It's the hardest. I listen to only a mountain by Jason Castro or I believe I can fly
