Can drinking a lot of water a day really help you lose weight without any changes to diet or doing exercise? I've always struggled with my appearance and especially weight but also have a hard time finding motivation or a private space to try exercising. I hate certain textures of foods too and am very picky, I've tried many diets in the past, but I binge eat a lot, and end up breaking my diet routine, it makes things a lot harder :((

Yes especially if you drink water before you eat it can help you feel full because it does fill your stomach and you won't be able to eat as much. Intermediate fasting has helped me lose weight and keep it off. I can't keep to diets and I'm very picky too. Fruits and veggies nope šŸ¤¢ lol overall. Only certain ones and they have to be cooked. I use a app that helps.
