@Katie86 oh no that stinks! I haven’t had issues with sleeping too much but I haven’t tried Delta 8. A shower helps too, especially if you get a chair! I felt embarrassed at first but a shower chair was a lifesaver and allowed me to get nice and warm still

Keep a positive disposition about life. That’s helped me the most. Assess your relationships and cut out or limit the people who drain you more. Look for something to be happy about everyday and your pain will significantly reduce. Exercise and healthy eating is the next helpful thing. The less weight that you have to carry, the easier it is on your fibromyalgia. If your muscles are stronger, it becomes less stress to move. None of these make all of the pain go away but I’ve been able to retake my life back from this horrible disease. There are still good periods and there are still bad period, but I’m grateful for the days that I can live the way that I want to.

Hot baths are so helpful for me, and I’m not sure if it counts as medication but medical cannabis! Heat on the impacted areas help a lot too

@Belugabear lol I wish I had a bathtub I just have a big shower. I use delta 8 it helps but I sleep in way too long when I use it and can't get up to take me son to school.

Make sure you keep your mental health in check.

@ErnJen that's a really hard one for me. I'm always so stressed out.
