I still feel tired and sometimes so depressed I don't want to get out of bed then feel bad that I'm not out living my life

      Don't! Do not feel bad! This exacerbates the cycle. Be gentle with yourself! I find it helpful to see my situation as if it were someone else suffering through what we go through. Would you tell them to feel bad? Or would you tell them even making it to the next day makes them a damn warrior? The struggle is real, baby, and you deserve gentle understanding as much as anyone else going through this. And I look at it like this; regardless of how I see myself through this, I'm still going to have days or weeks where I feel like I can't get out of bed, or hate being alive so much I won't take care of myself. Beating myself up over it is a waste of precious energy. Be gentle without yourself, love. You know in your heart you're doing the best you can ❤️🤗

        @Stacyg is really really adorable, helpful, even for small goals, or very big goals, depending on where you're at. Someone on here suggested it and I'm so grateful they did!

      Have you tried the Finch app? It would be a good one for you to set small goals. I'm enjoying it. I hope you'll check it out. I use the free version.

        @UCBree hey listen to them on this. I've been using it for a week and it's already helping me exercise a tiny bit, do stretches (even have ones that you don't have to get up out of bed for) and helps me accomplish small things like get out of bed, and step out into sunshine for a minute. I know some would laugh at those goals but even those can feel insurmountable most days to me, yet it helps me baby step through it. It's really helping me reflect on why I get so frozen in my head that I can't do little things which I find really helpful!

      I feel that way ALOT, HOWEVER.. I force myself up, start my coffee wash up, strech and say I AM A BAD ASS BITCH!!! (sorry, can I say that🤪🙄
