I have been so depressed and down about things lately that it's making me physically sick. I haven't eaten in days. I can't seem to stay asleep and all I do is cry over just about anything. I can take it. I refuse to take medications for it because I just don't do well with medications. if it has any sort of side effects I am getting one of them. what am I supposed to do.
