Can I Afford the Keto Diet on a Low Income?

so has anyone in UK been advised to do keto diet? like I'm on very low income and not sure if I can afford this diet along with making a meals for my asd children and food for my fussy partner. am I failing? like you can't go out for a meal as everything isn't keto, can't buy a sandwich or that on the go as its not keto. metformin hasn't worked on me I'm too stressed for all of this. send help. send someone with ideas. I also have the clip to go in, but that triggers my ptsd. seriously I think I'm a lost cost.
