Need advice on pain meds for Endometriosis

Codeine, naproxen, oromorph when needed, paracetemol. If your endo is around nerves I also recommend pregabalin!

Tramadol and sometimes oramorph 😥 but once I'm having a pain episode, nothing touches it!

Norethindrone is a good one if you can’t have an excision surgery. I also highly recommend a medical marijuana script if it is legal where you live! If you also have pelvic floor dysfunction, Valium suppositories or even ones with some ketamine in them are fantastic as well.
