Hi, I have depression and I was diagnosed in 2018. I don't really want get out of bed. My house is a mess. I used to get such bad anxiety in public that I would freeze up while driving and I'd want to just stop and sit down in the middle of the grocery store to make it all stop. I'm on Sertraline (Zoloft) now and things are a bit better now but my house is still always a mess and I still have my days. Quite a few of them.

You could try grocery pick up or delivery to not have to be around people and walk around the store. I’m really sorry you are feeling this way and hope others on here can help ❤️ one step at a time. No feat is too small to celebrate.

I definitely relate, you're not alone. I have had many, many of those same types of days where you just have to pull over in a parking lot or completely run out of steam in a grocery store, etc. It's a good sign that the Zoloft is helping. I need to take two antidepressants, a lot of people do. You could ask your doctor if you can stack another one on top of it. I take Prozac and Wellbutrin. Also I've heard that for some people, Zoloft makes them feel sluggish. Sending good vibes your way!
