I've been so anxious I can't even out food in my mouth no matter how much I want to eat, which is making me more anxious and worried ....does anyone have any advice?

Drinking water thats either cold or lemon flavored like a kind of warm-up to eating. Get your mouth used to consuming different flavors/feelings and then eat some actual food from there š
I tend to drink my calories more than eat them. Try to look into nutritional drinks. Instant breakfast by carnation is pretty good.
