      Things that have been helpful for me in my day to day life is scheduling, setting (small and achievable) goals, writing or any kind of expressing thing, keeping busy but in moderation and with careful consideration to episodes, make sure to socialize, and keeping a consistent sleep schedule. Meditation is proven to be very helpful as well.

      I paint, crochet, knit, clean. Really any activity that will take my mind off it long enough to where I can calm down and think.
