Struggling with my Eating Disorder

That sounds rough, I’m so sorry your symptoms are that bad lately. Anti nausea prescription meds- Zofran but always makes me too tired to function and blurs my vision. I’d suggest googling home remedies for nausea but be careful since a lot of things that “help soothe the stomach” like peppermint make nausea much worse by relaxing the esophageal sphincter which allow acid to rise up. What works for me when I’m having a really hard time keeping things down is lemon water and apple cider vinegar water. Less stomach acid rising after. I pray you find something to bring relief🙏🏻

I know my lexapro helps a bit with the ED thoughts and compulsions. Can I ask what you have specifically? I'm EDNOS, but primarily with compulsive eating and oral fixation issues tied to my OCD.

Yes from what I believe there are certain medications for eating disorders, but definitely talk to your doctor about it as they need specifications for your needs
