Hi, so because I have depression and ADHD, taking medicine is terrible for me. I can never remember to take it, and when I do, I don't remember that I've taken it. Do anyone have tips for this? I've tried pill box organizers, keeping them in my bag at all times, reminders on my phone, etc. I'm not sure what else to do, but I need to figure out how to take it everyday. Thank you šŸ˜Š

On my IPhone I just tell Siri to put an alarm on for my meds. But you have to take them when it goes off!!! The other way is putting the pill bottles by your toothbrush. Make it a habit!!!šŸ¤Ŗ

Hi, I also had a hard time remembering to take my medication regularly. I found a Pill Reminder app, which is really great. It reminds me to take the drug and document the ones I took.

I could really relate, I'm a mess myself sometimes... I found the best way is to use a close friend or even an online friend. Try asking them if they can text you daily to make sure you take your meds. You'll see that in a few weeks you'll remember taking them just by expecting your daily reminders. You don't need to handle everything on your own!

Hey neptune, I hope my tip will be helpful. Iā€™m using an app to remind me to take my pills, and after I take it I message immediately to my friend ā€œtook itā€. So thatā€™s when I always remember when whether I took it or not.

thereā€™s an app you can get and you press the thing when you take your med so it helps you remember and it has alarms

For me it helps to take both of the medications on the same time of the day. Try to take it nearby a daily activity like brushing your teeth or showering so taking the pills will be a part of this activity

There are some pill boxes designed for people with dementia. They have alarms and sometimes an app
